Tracking Exercise

Just about every way I’ve tried to find to keep track of and incrementally increase the amount of exercise I’m getting has been problematic in some way. Since tracking progress is one of the major things that helps keep me motivated to make progress, I’ve decided to try a new thing, and ordered one of those Nike+ pedometers that link with iPhones. Maybe an “At least X many steps per day” rule or something will be an effective way of doing things, since the easiest way for me to get exercise outside of the once-a-week strength straining is undoubtedly walking.
